CanFASD is excited to announce the launch of a three-part webinar series called ‘Alcohol Policy in Canada’.
This series, held in partnership with Centre of Excellence for Women’s Health, will explore what alcohol policy is and its impacts on alcohol use in pregnancy. It will also look at opportunities aligned policy initiatives across other sectors. Read on for information on each of the webinars including dates and how to register.

Preconception health care involves health promotion, education, and counselling interventions to support individual’s health and provide proactive support for reducing harm. This webinar will share opportunities for the alcohol, education, health, social service, and other related sectors to support policy efforts aimed to decreasing alcohol use in pregnancy and examples of how this work has been done in Manitoba and nationally.
