Peak FASD Adult Justice Program provides the following services to any individual who is confirmed/diagnosed or is suspected of having FASD. Services include:

• Accept referrals of potential clientele/ individuals from other Network agencies, police, lawyers, legal services, courts, etc.
• Intake and case planning
• Liaise with police, lawyers, legal services, other agencies, partners and courts
• Advocate on behalf of the best interest of the client with all parties
• Referrals to community agencies, Network partners for individual client needs as required
• Collaboration with Network Partners on service delivery, collective impact, community awareness and advocacy
• Training & Presentations for community agencies, Network partners, etc. on FASD and the legal process, community impact
• Active engagement in Network committees
• Advocacy
